Trained as an accountant, John worked for PwC for 12 years in insolvency and banking work. John spent 3 years working for Prince Jefri of Brunei as his asset manager. In 2003 he formed his own company, Mandala Asset Solutions, with a long term friend and business partner. Mandala owns and operates motels around regional Australia, property development in India and does some interesting corporate work in Australia and Asia. John was the first Tasmanian to climb Mt Everest.
