A group for those who are between roles

We are told to expect change, and to look for opportunities.

But that doesn't make transition an easy time. Particularly for senior staff with a substantial emotional and career investment in their previous role and position.

The Transition Group aims to be a communal space where people between roles are accepted and feel safe. We provide support through professional input, sharing our stories, and modelling successful transition.
