'Honesty is the best policy' might be an admirable philosophy to live by, but some things work against it in the office. Not everyone welcomes a truth-teller, and it can even be a bad career move. Our next lunchtime speaker, Raewyn Williams, has cultivated a reputation for honesty in office and boardroom discussions, with some advice to share on this style of leadership, as well as a few war stories. The truth isn't always welcome or kind, and can even be weaponised.

Raewyn will share thoughts on how she's learnt to guide and deploy - and sometimes restrain - her natural drive to be a truth-teller, shaped by her decades of corporate experience and her Christian faith.
