At the next meeting of the Bridge Fellowship in Sydney, we look forward to hearing from Salvatore Lacaria. Salvatore will be speaking in person on Tuesday 17th February.
Salvatore Lacaria is the Founder and Director of ProSynergy, a specialist consultancy focused on delivering complex infrastructure outcomes. With more than two decades of leadership experience, he has guided multi-billion-dollar projects across the transport, energy, utilities, and defence sectors. Salvatore previously served as Chief Executive Officer of MI Engineers until September 2025, leading the organisation through a significant period of growth and strategic development. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at KPMG Australia, Tenix (Downer), Jacobs, and Aquenta Consulting. Renowned for his expertise in integrated project controls, program management, risk, and commercial strategy, he is currently consulting directly to the Australian Government on a major Commonwealth program of works, helping shape nationally significant infrastructure initiatives.
