Michael Madani is an experienced Head of Analytics recognised for delivering enterprise-scale data and risk solutions in complex financial institutions. Beginning his career in actuarial consulting, he progressed through senior roles spanning portfolio analytics, centralised data strategy and executive reporting functions. At Macquarie Group he led central analytics capability, later bringing his expertise to mortgage aggregation, retail banking and major institutional environments. Most recently at Westpac, he partnered closely with executive leadership to drive strategic insights across consumer and specialist business divisions. Michael combines deep quantitative expertise with a pragmatic leadership style, enabling organisations to modernise data infrastructure, strengthen risk governance and unlock value through evidence-based decision making.
