At the next meeting of the Bridge Fellowship, we look forward to hearing from John Sax.
John started out selling duty-free sports gear and within a few years had more than 100 people working for him. As the founder and owner of one of Auckland’s largest property developers, Southpark Corporation, John has been responsible for many significant projects around New Zealand including the 830-residence Kensington Park housing project in Orewa and the $400 million Waterloo Business Park in Christchurch.
John is well known for his philanthropy and views on living a full life. He has founded and still chairs the For the Sake of Our Children Trust. Married to Alma, the couple have two children and live in Epsom’s historic Edwardian mansion ‘Florence Court’.
The Bridge Fellowship gathers and connects men around Australia to explore the intersection between life and faith. Open to all men regardless of their beliefs or background, we hear stories of adversity, courage, honesty, hope, failure and success.
