We are very pleased to announce our next Bridge Fellowship speaker, Hank Holland.
Hank Holland has served as Chairman and CEO of Amaero (ASX: 3DA) since October 2022. Headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Amaero is an emerging producer of high-value refractory and titanium alloy metal powders and custom components for the defence, space, aviation and medical sectors.
Hank is also Founder and Managing Partner of Pegasus Growth Capital, a US-based private equity firm established in 2019. Pegasus led Amaero’s $11 million financing in May 2022 and acted as sub-underwriter for its $10.5 million rights offering in November 2022.
With 35 years of experience in investment, finance and capital markets, Hank previously held senior investment positions at First Republic Bank, Merrill Lynch and AllianceBernstein. He holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and Colorado State University.
