Roberto is recognised internationally for his expert contributions to business management and leadership development. As Professor, Doctor, Ph.D., consultant in human development and specialist in strategic people management, Roberto provides detailed insight into leadership and pressure management. He has extensive experience in coaching, C-Level mentoring and lecturing, equipping leadership in various cultural settings. His contributions to industry and leadership continues to deliver significant benefits to personnel and operations worldwide.
Roberto is married to Ana, and the couple delight and find inspiration in their three children.
