The Edge | Jill McAlpine
Diversity and inclusion. Equal opportunity. Work health and safety laws. So many initiatives and yet you still feel unsafe with the threat of racism, sexism and bullying in the workplace. How did it get like this? Surely there must be a better way to engage at work. What if you could come to work feeling inspired, supported and valued instead of anxious, harassed or isolated?
Through two short and sharp talks plus a panel discussion, The Edge speakers will share key insights on some of the current relational challenges faced in the workplace. They will help you consider how you can contribute in simple ways to transform your work relationships.
Short. Sharp. Smart. We are taking today's work relations to The Edge.
