In his talk, executive coach Oliver Greeves explains the quantitative and qualitative approach he takes to explore a client's true personality. The goal is to explore any gaps between a person's identity and their reputation. The challenge is take on feedback from those who are close to you and be willing to make adjustments to 'close the gap'.

Oliver was a banker with over thirty years’ senior experience with J.P. Morgan Chase and MetLife Inc. He served as Regional Director Asia-Pacific for Investment Banking for Chase, and was President of Asia Pacific for MetLife.
He is currently a Senior Partner of Pharos Institute, a leadership and organisational development company with offices in Sydney and Singapore. Oliver was a board director for many years with companies and not for profit organisations in the US and Australia.
