The Transition Group kicks off 2026 with a very timely discussion for anyone in transition. How do we navigate artificial intelligence? Can it aid us during transition? And how will it affect future employment opportunities? These are just some of the questions that we will address with the help of special guest Greg Vardy.

Greg is steeped in the world of AI. As a software engineer and entrepreneur, in 2019 he co-founded JitrAI, an AI research lab. After it was acquired in 2021, he joined Nethermind as CTO to help build Ethereum. The company grew from fewer than a dozen employees to over 300, establishing it as one of the leading blockchain software engineering firms.

The Transition Group aims to be a communal space where people between roles are accepted and feel safe. It provides encouragement and support through input from professional speakers, sharing stories, and modelling successful transition.
