Tho Luu was born in Vietnam and moved to Australia when he was a young child. Tho has been an evangelist with City Bible Forum since 2009 and continues to write for various Christian organisations. Tho is known for his ability to lead people to Jesus in all kinds of circumstances. In January 2017, Tho sustained a hypoxic brain injury (injury due to insufficient blood supply to the brain).
