How to get a better night’s sleep
Do you get enough sleep? If you’re like many Australians the answer is probably no.
Whether it’s staying up too late, waking up too early, or the dreaded lying awake in the middle of the night, worries racing through your mind.
So how do we get a better night’s sleep?
Well doctors can certainly help us, but I’ve found remembering my limits also makes a difference.
That is, I can’t do everything. I can’t control everything.
But there is someone who can…and does.
The Bible teaches that God is just this Someone. Which is why we’re often told He never sleeps - because He doesn’t need to!
So leave your work at the end of each day in the hands of the one who ultimately keeps the world spinning.
