While this distinction may sometimes become blurred, Vincent Van Gogh’s assessment of his life’s work is very sobering: ‘I put my heart and my soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process’.

Is there any hope when we cram more and more into every spare second but still never seem to have enough time? Why do we all feel so time-poor when we’ve all got 24/7? Al Stewart reflects on some ancient wisdom that says ‘There is a time for everything…’
