Please join the next Men's Fellowship with special guest Professor Nigel Biggar. Nigel is Regius Professor Emeritus of Moral and Pastoral Theology at the University of Oxford, where he directs the McDonald Centre for Theology, Ethics, and Public Life.

In 2017 Nigel initiated a five-year project at Oxford University entitled Ethics and Empire. An online article he wrote that year on reasons for pride and shame in British history led to an immediate backlash with hundreds of academics seeking to censor his work.

At a time when China and Russia are challenging our rules based order, and there is increasing criticism of Western foundations, Nigel's insights will be of special interest to us all. His next book Colonialism: A Moral Reckoning will be published in February 2023.

The Men's Fellowship is open to all men regardless of their background. We explore the relevance of faith to everyday life, particularly through hearing the stories of other men as they navigate challenges at work and at home. It is a safe space to just listen or to dig deeper in our discussion groups.

Please contact Peter Kaldor for further information.
