On the eve of an Australian federal election Dan Anderson will take a look at Jesus’ famous one sentence guide to politics (Matthew 22:21). Dan writes: "Jesus isn’t often quoted as a political thinker but his framing of power and authority has shaped politics for centuries...We’ll think about the way in which Jesus made accountability central to thinking about government and the way this move continues to resonate with us today. And we’ll seek to answer the question, ‘What would Jesus say to ScoMo or Albo’?". Dan has thought long and hard about our political milieu (see bio, below).
